Franklin Park® TPC Parkway received one of Caring.com’s top honors of ‘Best Assisted Living’ award for 2016. TPC Parkway previously received this honor in 2015 recognizing their commitment to their residents and giving them the rank of ‘Super Star’ amongst other senior living communities in the San Antonio area.

Each year Caring.com rates the top senior living facilities across the United States. To qualify, a community must have 10 or more consumer reviews on their listing, with an overall average rating of 4.5 or higher (with the top rating being a 5), and at least one perfect score, during a designated period. A community is also required to respond to every negative review received on their listing.

Caring.com reserves this award for the top-tier of communities providing independent living, assisted living, and memory care to seniors.

A reviewer and resident’s family member said, “The facility itself is beautiful. There are a lot of different things going on — music time, bingo, an outdoor patio where they can walk around, barbecues, birthday parties — all kinds of stuff that the residents enjoy. My father has a private room, which is big enough for him. I had lunch with him there, and the food was real good. Everybody is very welcoming and friendly. The dining room is always clean, open, and well kept. I’m really happy with the whole facility. The common place is also really nice.”
